For our offices in Dresden, Chemnitz and Munich, we are therefore constantly on the lookout for motivated, determined and team-oriented tax advisors, business graduates, tax clerks and accountants.
As a training company and partner of the Saxony Cooperative State University in Dresden and IU International University, we continuously contribute to training our own young professionals.
We are happy to offer students of business administration or a related degree program the opportunity to complete an internship lasting several months in our Dresden audit department. It is also possible to work as a student trainee alongside your studies. If you have already successfully completed several semesters of your studies, we look forward to receiving your application.

In 2026, SCHNEIDER + PARTNER GmbH received the “Germany’s Best Auditors” seal for the fifth consecutive year in the SME category.
In a study conducted by manager magazin and the Scientific Society for Management and Consulting (WGMB), the best auditors for small and medium-sized enterprises were selected from among the German auditing firms with the highest revenue. To be included in the exclusive circle of “Germany’s Best Auditors,” firms cannot apply—they are selected. Those nominated by their clients for exemplary performance receive an invitation and may be evaluated by executives from several reference clients in up to eight categories. Internal metrics are also factored into the result.
Only those who score at least 350 (“very good”) or 450 (“excellent”) out of a possible 500 points receive the award. This year, 87 audit firms achieved this; SCHNEIDER + PARTNER received the “excellent” rating for the second consecutive year.
